Terms and Conditions

Last updated 19 August 2026

These terms govern every order placed on family-store.online ("Family Store", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. Family Store is a single-owner online store, trading as Family Store, based at Shop 1, Plaza 23, Sector D, Tipu Road, Tower 2, DHA Phase 2, Islamabad, Pakistan.

Accounts

An account is required to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@family-store.online if you suspect unauthorised access.

Products, pricing, and tax

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable General Sales Tax (GST). GST varies by product and is disclosed on the order summary and confirmation as an amount already contained within the total, never added on top. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors before an order is confirmed; a confirmed order is never retroactively repriced.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery and Safepay (cards and mobile wallets) only — these are the only two options offered at checkout, and the only ones you should ever use to pay us.

Order confirmation and dispatch

A cash-on-delivery order is confirmed as soon as it is accepted; an online order is confirmed once payment clears. We aim to dispatch every confirmed order within 72 hours of confirmation. See our Shipping Policy for delivery timeframes after dispatch, and our Cancellation Policy for how to change your mind before that.

Acceptable use

  • Provide accurate account, address, and contact information.
  • Do not attempt to place fraudulent orders or misuse the cash-on-delivery option to avoid genuine payment.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the site or its underlying systems.

Liability

We are liable for the value of goods you have paid for that we fail to deliver or that arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect, as set out in our Return and Refund Policy. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are handled first through our Complaints procedure.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the store grows. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date above.
