Dispatch

We dispatch every confirmed order within 72 hoursof confirmation — for cash-on-delivery, that's 72 hours from when the order is placed; for an online payment, 72 hours from when the payment clears. If we are ever running late on this, we'll know before you do — it's tracked internally the same way.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, expect delivery within 3–7 business days, depending on your city — major cities are typically toward the faster end, more remote areas toward the slower end.

Carrier and tracking

Depending on your area, your order may be delivered by our own in-house staff, a local delivery service, or one of Pakistan's national couriers. Once dispatched, we record the carrier and a tracking reference against your order, visible from Account → Orders.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Cash on delivery

If you chose cash on delivery, please have the exact order total ready for the courier at the time of delivery.
